How It Works

Two-agent collaboration:

Friday 3 PM — Quick scans Slack, email, and AWSentral. Scores relevance and drops research signals for Kiro.
Friday PM – Monday AM — Kiro browses Highspot, wikis, Partner Central. Writes enrichment files.
Monday 10 AM — Quick merges everything into a consolidated Excel digest + executive brief.

Prerequisites

All of these are handled by the Setup Guides. Complete both the Quick and Kiro guides first.

Setup Steps

Open a Quick chat, drag in the downloaded setup guide, and say:
Execute the attached setup file
Quick handles the rest — you just confirm your customer accounts.
Your first digest arrives Monday at 10 AM. The scan runs Friday → Kiro researches over the weekend → Quick consolidates Monday morning.

Architecture

Five-stage serverless pipeline:

Discovery — scans all member accounts via cross-account IAM roles
Intelligence — gathers new AWS announcements from blogs, docs, partner sources
Matching — cross-references running services against new releases
Recommendations — generates prescriptive guidance with sources
Delivery — dashboard, S3 export, and/or email

Seer Console Deployment Guide

📦 Seer Deploy Package (all templates + scripts) Contains: deploy-seer.sh, build-lambda.sh, seer-mvp.yaml, seer-full.yaml, seer-member-role.yaml, seer-lambda.zip

Quick start (CLI):
chmod +x deploy-seer.sh build-lambda.sh && ./deploy-seer.sh --profile <your-aws-profile> The script auto-detects your Organization, builds the Lambda package, and deploys everything.

Setup Steps

Deploy the cross-account member role via CloudFormation StackSets from your management account. This lets Seer discover services in all member accounts.
Deploy the Seer stack (MVP or Full Production) via CloudFormation in us-east-1.
Trigger the first run — execute the Step Functions state machine manually to verify recommendations are generated.
