## Description

A Quick Desktop skill that helps you practice executive-level customer conversations. You can personalize it with real customer names, company details, and industry context to run live voice simulations. Designed for CSMs and AEs preparing for C-suite or board-level engagements.

## What It Does

- **Simulates** executive-level conversations with a realistic counterpart
- **Personalizes** with real customer, company, and industry data
- **Voice-enabled** for live simulation (not just text)
- **Adapts** to different executive personas (CIO, CFO, CEO, etc.)
- **Provides** post-simulation feedback and coaching

## Use Cases

- Pre-call prep for C-suite EBCs
- Practicing business value storytelling
- Rehearsing objection handling with executives
- Practicing strategic advisory conversations
- Interview prep for senior client interactions

## Requirements

- Amazon Quick Desktop (latest version)
- Microphone access for voice simulation
- Customer/account context (you'll provide this at runtime)

## Setup

1. Open a Quick Desktop chat
2. Drag in the skill file and say: `Execute the attached setup file`
3. Quick will prompt you for:
   - Customer name and company
   - Industry and business context
   - Executive persona to simulate
   - Your goal for the conversation
